This is so empowering! This is helping people - not selling them some shit. It's also encouraging them to think for themselves, in a way that's cooperative with others. This is how we get a healthy community.

Right! In a perfect world, we'd have all the kit and more. But this isn't, and it should not stop us. An album comes to mind "Give me convenience or give me death". We need to take our power back!

For backward sled drags I've been using an old car tire with a rope and a belt. It was from a small car, so a barbell plate fits on it without falling through, and the tire's rubber surface provides enough friction to keep the plate on the tire.
Very helpful video, thanks! I'll implement these implements into my training.

Thankyou for making this video (and your other videos, but particularly this one)!!! I'd never heard of Indian clubs, but was following kneesovertoesguy and so, because of this video, youtube made the connection and introduced me to everything you're doing at heroic sport. I was instantly hooked, started swinging with just bottles, and now own my first pahlavandles - which I love!! Club swinging is helping me rehab some upper back issues that have built up from years of office work and over training (for climbing). Thankyou very much for putting this material or there!!!

I wish someone would design a simple Nordic curl set up that would be both portable and double for sissy squats. I have in my mind an idea of a nice wooden board with padding and a cross t pad like most GHR or Nordic curls have to capture your ankles. Except perhaps it can hinge just above your knee and can either raise up in front for Nordic curls to make them easier or fold down as the hypotenuse of a right triangle to raise the back section to where the ankle pads can know capture your shin and the trainee can use it to sissy squat.

You can make those slantboards yourself with some plywood, and basic tools. 1cm thickness will hold some decent weight. Most useful angles we found were 25 and 10-12 degrees. All the best with it!

What have you got in mind? Indoors/ outdoors? Walking back wards up flight of stairs? A sled is easy to make with a tire, and easy to load. Made my first one in 2008. I can share that for sure. Let me know.

@@workit373 with limited space, then reverse step ups are the simplest and best thing to do. Ben shows 3 variations.
If you have resistance bands, you could fix one to the ground and step it with one leg. Just just bend and extend, 30 to 50 times per leg will give you a nice burn.
