- Wowaka was a true inspiration and will forever be missed, rest in peace 💜
I'm honestly so devastated about his passing, his music was so helpful to so many of us and was an integral part of me getting into vocaloid when I was a kid. I really wanted to write this as a tribute to him. I also went with a really slow vibe cuz tbh I was just feeling really depressed when I was writing it.
On a lighter note, people have kept on asking me to cover it and I've made about 5 covers including this one but the first four I was not happy with at all. I did this in like a day but I hope you like it. Thank you all for being so patient with me as I had to take a break from uploads, everything was just so busy I couldn't keep up.

Just to summarize and clarify that I'm not trying to get on this bandwagon or anything like that but, considering that I never heard of Wowaka or his work but after doing some research about him and the news about his death made me wonder how he's an important role model to vocaloid creators/musicians alike. If you're feeling depressed about him passing away, just notice that he may be gone but his work and legacy will keep on going and inspire young creators of the vocaloid community

Wowaka is the producer that introduced me to vocaloid, and his songs, especially Rolling Girl, were always such a moment of joy in sad times. Here's to remembering his legacy with joy, because in the end, we'll all be just fine.

I find my self crawling back to Rolling Girl, it was my first Vocaloid song and it’s just a song I can always relate to. Some days I’ll find it again and think what beautiful lyrics, others I’ll sing alongside the various singers. But most times I’ll crawl back to this song as it always finds me in a bad time. Thanks for covering this song it’s helping me through today!

Poor Wowaka, you'll be missed. My favorite songs were made by him. Through Rolling Girl he expressed a lot of sadness that goes through many people and himself, thinking his sucess only came because of Miku, but he was trully amazing and I'll miss him.

I used to be a massive fan of vocaloids but ever since I liked kpop its kinda gone away from me. I remember listening to wowaka's songs and they were a try inspiration to me.
