I've made the 3rd recipe a few times and it tasted good. I actually added a bit more onion and my family members like it as well and I will make it again for sure in the future. I tried the 2nd recipe as well and it was okay. In my opinion, I like the 3rd recipe the best among all 3 recipes.

2 boiled eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp vinegar
(Cut the sides)
2nd:
2 eggs
1.5 tsp butter
Salt
1 tsp butter
Scramble
Toast bread lightly
Mayonnaise
Pepper
Cucumber
Hot sauce
3rd sandwich:
2 boiled eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp onion
2 tbsp coriander
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic
Chili flakes
Toast with butter

Get yourself an old fashioned egg slicer tool.. You can even turn the egg around once it's sliced in one direction to get a mince.. It makes this job 10 times easier.🥰
