🍊😊 This is a very simple, very tasty, and very beautiful cake! Oranges on it, like rays of the sun, lift your spirits. Prepare it for tea for your family and friends. For a brighter flavor, you can add citrus zest and a couple of tablespoons of orange juice to the dough.
🍊 Ingredients:
For the orange layer:
2 oranges (I use red ones)
70 g sugar
40 ml water
For the batter:
115 g room temperature butter
130 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
2 eggs
180 g flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
80 g cream (20-30%)
