Recipe and ingredients:
3 eggs.
pinch of salt
150 gr sugar (around 3/4 cup)
100 ml vegetable oil
150 ml orange juice (1 orange)
Grated orange zest (1 orange)
220 gr flour (1 cup and little more)
10 gr baking powder (1 full teaspoon)
Honey
Coconuts
Baking dish size is around 24/10 cm

Measurements in cups/spoon (Approximate)
1 cup of sugar (7,5 oz)
1 cup of flour (7,6 oz)
Around half cup of oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of honey
3 eggs
1 orange (juice + grated zest)
Coconut flakes for decoration
Baking dish size
Around 22-24/10-12 cm
(It widens to the top)
180C = 360F

Recipe looks awesome but save yourself the trouble do what I do get yourself some Orange marmalade Get about a quarter of the jar and mix it into the Cake batter then add Orange marmalade add some water to it to make it more liquity heat it over the stove in a small Pan and just pour it over the whole thing when you're done baking it and oh my God you will be amazed Also you can get some of that Orange marmalade and mix it into your frosting as well And walla amazing trust me you will be loved🍊🧡🍊🧡🍊

its was amazing, idid a syrup of sugar cinamon orange juice and orange peels ,i boiled it and pour it on top, its much more moistered and delicious..super!!

This recipe is a must-try because I absolutely love anything that includes oranges.😋 GREAT idea to use honey for the coconut to stay atop the loaf. But for someone who doesn't care for coconut, I would forget the honey and substitute the coconut with powdered sugar or chocolate shavings. I would also try it with an orange glaze. Mmmm, that's what makes cooking so exciting when options are considered. 🤗

Very economical on ingredients - absolute plus that it does not include butter no milk - I love that. I have made a flourless version using boiled pulped fruit and almond meal (labour intensive). This version is so uncomplicated - Well Done!
As coconut is too dominant in flavour I would perhaps substitute honey glaze with marmalade and dress with flaked almonds or simply dust with icing sugar.
This cake is a triumph!

When you're baking with an hot air oven you need te set the degrees down to 160 and baking for an hour. Thanks for the recepi it was delicious!
