In eve echoes they had this thing called group Repairers that use fuel to give a aoe burst of health to your squad. At one point you can strap a large on an interceptor and have a gang of them repping each other. They nerfed them by changing the powergrid requirements to match the size instead of them all being 1mw, no more unkillable ceptor roams lol.
I remember tinkering with one of these in EFT a few years ago and going, "Nice! This thing is ridiculous." Then I looked at my estimated price tag and thought, "This thing would be priority one the moment it undocked, holy shit."
memes aside that battle in the beginning looked really cool. With the big apocs sitting still blasting away and the small ships whizzing around, seemed like something youd see in movies :D
He did one back when it was shit. Now you fit HAMs, 2 shield command bursts, scram web prop, as many tank mods as you can, 3 BCUs, DCU, and shield rigs (or an ACR, can’t remember if the grid is good enough). Overall I like it better than the Sleipnir (heresy).
