Practice stress-relief techniques like yoga, meditation, or deep breathing, as stress can lead to skin issues like breakouts or dullness. Use sunscreen every day. I love litttlllextra rice berry sunscreen with niacinamide and black rice. It's really lightweight and hydrating that I just use it as my day cream too. I’ve been using it for more than 3 months and it performed excellently in the summer as well. I really love it.

I have tried the plum sunscreen in the past...but like you, I am also currently using riceberry sunscreen, with SPF 50 and PA++++ enriched with niacinamide. No whitecast, no heavy feeling, no oiliness after application...
It’s perfect for my oily skin.

Read up on what ingredients have tyrosinate inhibitors. Or better yet, see what tyrosinate inhibitors are in the cream and purchase those.
The problem is that most moisturizers don't have all those ingredients. You have to buy them individually.

Everything that is used to reduce hyperpigmentation is acid... for example ascorbic acid, aha, bha, pha, tranexamic acid, kojic acid and everyone also suggests them for pigmentation

  • @yomiseno
    @yomiseno 10 місяців тому +2

Best thing I did was not force it to go away. Just let it be there.
    Daytime (MWF)
    Cleanser
Vitamin C 30% concentration or 20%, or lower for sensitive skin
    Hydrator
    Sunscreen
    Daytime (TThSS)
know your skin type, how thick is your skin, how fast you grow dead skin cells, acne type, concerns, sensitivity, etc.. for exfoliating toner or serum, for example, I got blackheads so I'd choose 2% BHA over anything
    Niacinamide
    Hydrator
    Sunscreen
    Night (everyday)
    Cleanser
    Retinol
    Niacinamide
    Hydrator
    Sunscreen
That's about it. I like it. I also drink vitamin C, fish oil, etc.. I have PCOS so I still have acne.

This is how to make feel a person worse to pointing such insecurity then promoting her skincare, let me tell her hypocrisy she literally a wannabe critic (DR) who review other skincare products when her own skin care isnt ideal and failed even tho its expensive.
