I lost a ton of weight because of an ED. My body is basically skin and bones (used to be like 200lbs. 135 now.) And I have no butt. I hope these help give me a bit of a butt. XD my ass looks like saggy silly putty. Ive been doing 4:47 laying flat on my stomach. Sure feel the burn that way. Hurts the lower back but hey, no pain. No pain! (Rocky 4)

@@ViveHealth i have degenerative disc disease. I know why my back hurts.
