    I lost a ton of weight because of an ED. My body is basically skin and bones (used to be like 200lbs. 135 now.) And I have no butt. I hope these help give me a bit of a butt. XD my ass looks like saggy silly putty.
    Ive been doing 4:47 laying flat on my stomach. Sure feel the burn that way. Hurts the lower back but hey, no pain. No pain! (Rocky 4)

      Hi!! We are glad you are training with us but every body type is different, we recommend you talk to a health professional such as a personal trainer, physical therapist, or your doctor - especially if your back is on pain!

      @@ViveHealth i have degenerative disc disease. I know why my back hurts.
