Buchecha looks like he has 50lbs over Xande. His arms alone looks bigger than Xande's legs.
Good show of mutual respect at the end. The coach's commentary helped me follow and understand the dynamics of the fight more. Great fight, lots of spirit.

I met Xande in 2011 at the ADCC in Nottingham. I got a photo with him and I was significantly taller at 6”2, and with a significantly bigger all round frame and dare I say I’d say I was a fair bit more muscular at about 90kg at the time. The face Xande competes at under 99kg and against monsters like Buchecha is amazing and a true testament to his technical ability.

I thought Xande said no one has passed his guard since 2005? It appears around the 4 minute mark the guard was completely passed (whether or not the points were awarded is irrelevant, since this is ADCC ruleset). Xande is still a GOAT, but I'm just a little bit confused about his assertions. Am I wrong ?
Buchecha didn’t pass his guard. He ended up on side control as the result of the take down..
At 5.35 it looks like a guard pass though ..

Watching this I have to say Buchecha is good but he was leaning quite a bit on his size, power and athleticism to reverse position whenever Xande started to get anything going.
