- We tried to hold out for as long as possible, but how could you resist leaving a Dark Horse stock? So we're starting with our first set of mods, which we believe is something EVERY Mustang 2015 or newer could benefit from. With the IRS new for the 2015 year and brought to the 2024s, there are a few fundamental parts that help you not only put down power but keep it down. In this video we'll go over what exactly those parts are and how they can help you, no matter if your Mustang sees the street or the track!

Been a long time Steeda customer. Ever since the Pompano Beach days!! I currently own a 2014 GT500 With Steeda rear suspension and I wouldn't change it for the WORLD! The only thing as good as Steeda's parts is their customer service!
This was my first upgrade along with vertical links, springs and shocks from Steeda. I have been doing Time trials, Autocross, drag and its my daily driver. Best upgrades available on the market!
You guys are awesome. You make it so you can daily your Mustang. Your suspension and body stiffing on point.

I am waiting for my Dark Horse to come in. I plan to but this kit immediately along with window tinting, PPF, and Kooks headers & Steeda H-pipe to replace the resonator suitcase.

Been purchasing from Steeda since 1991. Bummed they moved from Pompano as they did the alignment and setup my suspension every year. I want to do the Subframe Alignment and Support kit on my 2020 GT with 800hp.
If you're on Facebook, the Stangs of South Florida FB group is a good place to find a recommendation for a shop in your area if you haven't found one already. With 800HP, you're going to feel a lot more confidence if you get those parts installed.

For 70k plus you’d think Ford would have addressed this. I was fine with buying Steeda upgrades for my 30k GT but once I start paying BMW size numbers I expect more. Thank you Steeda for all your R&D and quality parts.
You’re making me temped to get this now but only 1 question: Will those braces interfere with my jacking rails? It appears they use those bolt locations. Right?
They do use the same bolt locations, but they are compatible with both the full-length and low-profile Jacking Rails!

You eased off the clutch with the kit on vs dumping it with it off, im still buying the kit for my 21GT just an observation.
No I didn’t lol. It was 2k and release in both videos. Sounds like a slip because it hooks and bring the rpm’s down.

Id be really interested to see a 0-60 and 1/4 mile time with just the anti wheel hope stuff.
We plan to head back to the dragstrip with just this kit installed! We'll bring the draggy for that 0-60
1-1/2 weeks we go back out.

I thought this was the main reason why Ford went to the IRS system from the solid rear axel
I wonder if there is more wear and tear on the parts for all that movement. Also a $524 bucks ford could have included that lol
I was thinking of just buying the 3 point support bar. Will that be sufficient? Will that also need an alignment?
no need for an alignment with just the IRS brace.

My brother in Law just traded his 2020 Subaru wrx in on a 2024 mustang EcoBoost he's been dealing with horrible wheels hop after intercooler, cat back, drop in kn and JB4 boost. ( I know its not the power of dark horse) dynode 388/435 ran a 12.2 @ 114 mph here in hot a$$ Florida. He had to stop using his drag tire setup because it shook the car so bad off the hit. Man this seems like something that he seriously needs. This probably comes off as a stupid comment, but will it work on the EcoBoost ? My Brother in law is determined to beat my 2012 built procharged 3.7. but I cant see it happening. HaHa
Sounds like wheel hop 100%, especially if the grip wants to be there with a drag tire and prepped surface. It might be an EcoBoost, but it's got 50ft-lbs of torque over this Dark Horse, which is all being sent to the rear tires. We have a whole lot of drag-specific parts, but we recommend getting the starter kit and seeing if you really need more or not.

Too bad your processing and shipping takes so long or I would still be ordering steeda products.
Do you need an alignment after installation?
With the Alignment dowels we do recommend getting an alignment. If you're planning on lowering the car, wait to do it all at once so you only pay for 1 alignment
@@steedaautosports I did this on my 2022 Mach 1 and it was so far out that it cost more time and money the the kit won't be doing it on DH...
