What I don’t get is, why don’t hey bring some pistachio plants from the past into the future and plant them in the future to bring back the extinct species? If you can’t save them in the past, they still have access to time travel so nothing is really stopping them from taking some pistachios and then planting them in the future, which would still have the same end result of making pistachio plants no longer extinct.
If they had done that to begin with the evil Pistachions wouldn’t have become a thing, but at the same time the whole series wouldn’t have happened.
