My Korean church makes this and on top of the lettuce we dip the fried pork belly in sesame oil with pepper and garlic powder, then some rice and gakujang, also can put some cucumber and green onions to garnish. Yum.

Try this cuy with a dash of wasabi wrapped in 'minari' a local type of seaweed. Just trust me and thank me later. Dont forget some grilled garlic with it also.

I’ve eaten skewered lamb with Chinese friends. Skewer of meat in one hand and a clove of garlic in the other. It’s unusual but does work. You also get loads of room on the night bus back home !

I guess its just preference, but I like the thinner samgyupsal. Thicker beef is ok, but pork doesn't have a lot of flavor.
