    My body is highly inflammated as I hv muscle pain, low on energy, obesity, lack of sleep trying to meditate but can't concentrate... Consuming morniga n wheat grass powder empty stomach morning following by bowl of fruits skipping breakfast n healthy Lunch n dinner but still I feel much heat inside my body.... Sometimes I feel heat at bottom of my feat please help me wt to do

    Some of them can be due to menopause as well. Ex-mood swing, some woman experience weight gain. Not every thing can be pointing at one thing. Sorry i am nobody to question her but talking from real life experiences.
