You referred to your car as a vehicle. It is not. It is a private automobile. You did not mention the 4th amendment about your ID. You should also look at Miranda vs. Arizona, it says on page 491, "where rights protected under the constitution are involved, there can be no legislating or rule making that would abrogate them". Statutes are not law. The corporate extortionist talked about the STATE OF ARIZONA statutes. That is the corporation the extortionist works for. Statutes only apply to government employees not to men and woman.
The living man Jerone handled himself extremely well, and has excellent depth of knkwledge, I was also impressed by the State Officers conduct and depth of knowledge.
Did the Officer have first hand knowledge that you had a contract with the corporate STATE OF ARIZONA? If not then he stopped you without probable cause. The fact is that if he does have a contract with the STATE OF ARIZONA then he is in the STATE OF ARIZONA. If he doesn't have a contract with the STATE OF ARIZONA then it is merely a political construct not a land mass and you must give consent to be Governed (Controlled) for the STATE to have personum jurisdiction over you otherwise, the STATE cannot be the plaintiff and the Court looses subject jurisdiction.

That officer was cool AF ! Not trying to escalate things and admitting he didn’t know everything. Flawless from both parties.
EVEN the term TRAFFIC means COMMERCE......
LOOK IT UP.....
Traffic.
Commerce; trade; sale or exchange of merchandise, bills, money, and the like. The passing of goods or commodities from one person to another for an equivalent in goods or money. The subjects of transportation on a route, as persons or goods; the passing to and fro of persons, animals, vehicles, or vessels, along a route of transportation, as along a street, highway, etc. See Commerce.

Oh wait, I take that back. It does... in the Blacks Law Dictionary from 1910!

Listen closely so you and the rest will remember this
There are SEVERAL editions after this one. The 2nd edition is NOT used in current legal definitions.
We are currently on the 11TH EDITION

How beautiful to hear "brother" spoken from the constable to the man. The constable seems very open to learning.
Holy crap, Miranda has 491 pages?!?
High impact vlogs recommend you brother, thank you for what you do ❤️🙏
Stop calling it a VEHICLE
Exactly, why not use the bland word: "CONVEYANCE." ... You are conveying yourself in a conveyance. Take control of all aspects of a "stop."

It doesn't matter what you call your mode of travel, as long as it is preceeded by 'private'.
Call it a carriage.

only the beginning! good job brother. wifey was smiling and he achieved what most of us needs to do right now!
Grade A police officer, good man!
Notice to principal is notice to agents. Notice to agent is notice to principal.
@@archaicroger Only if "they" follow their own rules, which rarely happens.
@@ktajax The use of Constitutionally protected affidavits is their worst enemy. Last year going on this time of year in Cimarron County Oklahoma I beat the DL, registration, insurance + 3 other bill of attainders hammering the judge all along the way. Second appearance he didn't want to bring to light what was in the affidavit I filed immediately before arraignment and an affidavit of obligation retainer fee for the commercial use of my specific name and number, retainer set at $50,000 helped greatly. Meanwhile, I'm suing the COUNTY for their participation in punishing me before due process. The STATE never answered the first filed affidavit so how can the COUNTY deny the facts now?
@@archaicroger Thanks for posting, great job explaining how the constitution is written to protect us and the details you provided, for the world to see
@@archaicroger Most traffic courts are administrative courts, not bound by the constitution. They pretend. It's like going to the court of McDonalds. I am not bound by them. Congrats on making through your matter. Be careful with the name game, as you dont own the BC name and have no firsthand knowledge to the rights and cannot in honor "appear", as the name.
This was handled peacefully by both traveler & officer.
He got lucky that cop was cool. That's not the norm anywhere in AmeriKKKa! Especially if your black...
Don Mega bro the blue line gang only sees one color, and that is the greenish hue of legal tender aka federal reserve notes.
Don Mega don't listen to the b.s. about one color. police officers are trained to protect wealthy white families. If you don't believe me ask the neighborhood watch captain of your local country club
Not sure black or white matters if your “traveling” in a vechile with no tag and you no license.
@Kane Davis And there's always some imbecile who think all blacks are guilty until proven innocent.
That's right, make it about color...I'm white and been harrassed just as much as anyone else. Take that race bs elsewhere, that's what's wrong with this country
High impact vlogs sent me. Keep up the good work. I work for the stateand you are absolutely correct in what you're exposing
Was watching High Impact Flix and he recommended your channel. I might be taking a trip soon going through the Nazi checkpoints due to this corona dramatization and am looking for someone that might be going through the same thing. I don't like to fight the cops, but knowledge is power and I would rather just not answer them as to where I am going, etc.
Brian sent me over from high impact vol. Can wait to see what kind of videos you have. This one was awesome. Good work and keep it up..
that Leo was extremely decent
WOWOW this officer! UNBELIEVABLE. I dont think there will be another like him
"I'm not here to hassel you.." Yet I pulled you over and spent 5 minutes in a verbal Jujitsu match with you..." Good on the officer for not going full Gestapo on this guy. 🙄👍
man you can tell that officer was as real as it gets 💯
This was a great video. So court's always go by the definition of words when it applies to them. But refuse to listen to this logic when this is brought up in courts. Crazy!
Cool police officers are the upstanding people of law enforcement.
Violates his 4th amendment then acts extremely reasonable while actually using his own logic to see from the drivers point of view. He won’t last long on the force with an IQ like that. He will always feel conflicted.
Sad but true..for now anyways
This dude got so damn lucky. That cop was way too nice. He will end up getting tickets at some point.
Excellent brother, When You're in Chicago Illinois the police act like the Gestapo. I'AM STILL KEEPING THE FAITH!!! PEACE, LOVE & BLESSINGS 2 ALL OF GOD'S CHILDREN'S...
That cop was a true peace officer
He said he was not using his car as a "commercial vehicle" but did he ever once state that his vehicle is a "private conveyance"?

I got into so many arguments over this. You helped prove my argument over who need Drivers license and who does not.
I've got to show this.
Finally a cop that doesn't know everything and doesn't act like Hitler. There is hope.
Once they say, we have calls to attend to.
Even tho the radio is silent.
That's a win, cops bowing outta the game.
This was great!
So the stop is for a civil infraction. Not a crime. Without a crime you do not have to ID. So there can’t be a ‘fail to ID’ .
Yep.fail to I’d is a secondary charge. If you get arrested you must identify. You do NOT have to identify if you are detained. “Unless a traffic stop where you broke a law or committed moving violation”
You guys are the dummies that cause drama...interpret the law then get arrested for being a dumbass...good luck with that
@@tapouut NO, you are the ignoramus.....
A "license" is permission to break the law.
Exercising freedom that they have a sworn duty to protect, is NOT against the law.
Civil is just them sueing you. A Person saying you've done something wrong to them.
@@tapouut this is not interpretation of the law. The law explains directly that. You just want to believe what the lying bastards spew out of their mouth at every traffic stop. LEARN THE LAW or please STFU.

Who else got here from HighImpactVLog Chanel .. Jerome I take my hat off to you brother .. and the Man in that Uniform... and I can only think it was the die hard Tyrant officers or family and friends of those officers who gave this video thumbs down..
I recently took screen shots of my states laws on requiring a DL.
A DL is for commercial use according to my state's laws however they do not want people to know that information and you can tell by the way the law is written.
I do have a ticket for not having a DL but that was before I knew what I know now and when I go to court I am going to bring this up to the the judge because they are doing this to many private citizens in order to generate revenue for the state.
I got 2 in the state of wi! I want my money back.
I popped by from a recommendation from @HighImpactVlogs, thanks for doing what you do.
