Generally speaking, they will disregard any paperwork and tell you they don't want to hear it,, tell it to the judge. I did see ADOT on the letterhead, I'd love to get detailed info on the forms. Any officer is going to say until my orders change from within my department or ADOT. Until they provide me with how im supposed to approach this , im going to do my job. Either provide me with what my current training says you need to provide me with or you are getting as many tickets as the law prescribes. And if you fight me on this or give me reason to fear you i will shoot you with absolute immunity. Im very aware of how that stop would have gone. Had it not been an open minded rookie. While I agree one should ditch SSN and other such dubious privileges, use/possession of such things does not and cannot extend/convey territorial jurisdiction. That said, there are remedies in place for dealing with such things without "scrapping" them. Also, I think those things are more of a hassle than they were meant to be because we don't know how they really work. For example, getting the right kind of EIN (or so I'm told) will make the SSN "disappear" from the public, which can be problematic if you're not prepared for it.

You referred to your car as a vehicle. It is not. It is a private automobile. You did not mention the 4th amendment about your ID. You should also look at Miranda vs. Arizona, it says on page 491, "where rights protected under the constitution are involved, there can be no legislating or rule making that would abrogate them". Statutes are not law. The corporate extortionist talked about the STATE OF ARIZONA statutes. That is the corporation the extortionist works for. Statutes only apply to government employees not to men and woman.

Did the Officer have first hand knowledge that you had a contract with the corporate STATE OF ARIZONA? If not then he stopped you without probable cause. The fact is that if he does have a contract with the STATE OF ARIZONA then he is in the STATE OF ARIZONA. If he doesn't have a contract with the STATE OF ARIZONA then it is merely a political construct not a land mass and you must give consent to be Governed (Controlled) for the STATE to have personum jurisdiction over you otherwise, the STATE cannot be the plaintiff and the Court looses subject jurisdiction.
