Hi doctor, need your suggestion. During tri dot test should i have to read the result after adding buffer or congulate. Because after adding congulate, i see one control line ( which is very much visible) but there is another dot which is scattered or like very dimmish but as i add buffer solution it goes away and i read the result as non reactive. Could you please help me out with this.

Wear gloves,and don't touch the tip of the buffer without your hand you are contaminating it
