Case 1 - Iron Deficiency Anaemia Case 2 - High HB(true gain as per history and PCV) as pt is smoker, I'll advise him to stop smoking and then reasses after around 1 month of cessation.
Well for normocytic anemia the most common cause is anemia of chronic disease not ckd or aplastic anemia or it can be iron deficinecy anemia as initially iron deficiency can present with normocytic anemia .
