The universe is finite, it has a begining and there is an ending, according to bothbscience and religion, science says that the universe had a beginning and that it is expanding and will keep expanding and die out, what the brother mentioned in the video was an ayah(verse) from the quran which states that the heaven ad the earth were once joined together, then it was split refereing to the begining of the universe, the quran also says that everything will perish except Allah and that includes the universe, so from both scietific and religious perspective the universe is finite, its just that the scale of the universe is so huge compared to us that it feels infinite, but its not
