Awesome piece of detailed video with very useful explanations. I've been rebuilding one of these engines from the bottom up and when I got to the new clutch stage I was pondering how to locate the plate. I was scratching around for a suitable bush for the crank that I considered grinding into 2 halves then picking them out afterwards. Your 15mm pipe idea was genius, so I went with that. I used 3 off 11mm I/d x 3.5 section O rings, they're easy to fish out afterwards. Why on earth would someone design a crankshaft with a bore larger than the clutch spline !!!

do u have to remove all the stuff... cant you just remove all mountings off gearbox and push to the side of the front left wheel and make enough space for your wrench to remove clutch plate ect??????

What you describe can be possible on some models, but is not easy. The gearbox has to be moved quite along way across which will need at least that side of the subframe lowering if enough space can be made. The complications can be; difficulty in centering the friction plate and very fiddly replacement of the release mechanism. Also if the flywheel is damaged this may have to be replaced. (Best done with gearbox out of the way.)
If you're new to replacing clutches I'd recommend the belt and braces approach shown here with gearbox completely removed.

Was there any locating pins when you put the clutch back onto flywheel ?

I can't remember seeing locating pins, but please don't worry it's not possible to put this cover on in the wrong position as bolt holes won't match if not right.
