I am not a young guy, and I had quite a few motorbikes in my life, it's part of the fun in our passion. But personally I don't share this fast rate bike changings, always looking for a new toy. This kind of craving, imposed by our consumer society, can trasform us in greyhounds chasing a mechanical rabbit in a dog racing track; they will never catch that rabbit despite their efforts. I am not judging here, everyone can spend their hard earned money as they like; just hoping that the next "keeper" will be a real keeper. I love Buddy...

Sad to see buddy go but waiting with anticipation the arival of a new bike .i am looking at the new RE Gurrilla as a lighter do it all bike .I do the clear off and take the bike with some grub and stove water and coffee just take an afternoon out and get out into the Lincolnshire woulds. Great video Mr TAYM. Yes Matt's bags are brilliant. Bought them for my RE 350, also got the versatile top bag like yours. This can be used off the bike too. Matt suggested ROK motorcycle straps for the top bag. A pair of these fit perfectly through the leather loops provided and secure the bag well on the rack. I had the red and black T100 - was a great looking bike but sold it and bought a vstrom which I really loved sold it missed it and tried to buy it back which never happened- now have a loaded Interceptor 2022 So I understand the need for change as I lost count on all the bikes I’ve owned in 60 years huge to small and loved most of them - it’s hard to let go sometimes 😢but needs must and we move on and upwards in the bike world Wish you safe rides with your new bike and looking forward to seeing it Regards from Florida
Hi, I have a RE Interceptor 26k miles and a T100 3k miles. I find them both a joy to ride, the T100 is more comfortable, quieter and that extra power/torque makes for an easy ride. Having spent about £800 on upgrading the Interceptor, exhaust,suspension, fueling etc it goes like a dream but a bit harsh on my 74 year old backside after a long run. Sad to see Buddy go, looking forward to the replacement.

For me after watching your vids and others, even with just a sit made my mind up as this is the perfect goal bike for me. Particularly the stealth model! But that's the thing about motorcycles. You dream, you purchase, you second guess after for a second, love it and master it and then for some crazy reason keep looking over the horizon. And so it goes... Well that is a suprise I still live my T100 Gold line which will be 1 year old on 1st September I ride all a and b roads in Lancs Yorkshire dales and the lakes it is as you have said the perfect bike I will be watching in earnest for a comparison of your new bike and dear old Buddy Tbh I threw a wobble when seeing a guy parked up in Glastonbury yesterday with a stunning looking 1200 Speed master and been watching reviews etc etc however I will never forget your comparison of the t120 v the t 100 which influenced my decision to go with the smaller capacity bike So mr taym If it’s a triumph then I guess it will be with either the bobber or the speed master and looking at those new classic bags then they would look spot on with the bobber 👍 good luck and happy new bike day best regards Alan

I wonder if your new steed is what i have today as courtesy while my T120 is being serviced... but then you went to Orwell at the end so that possibly narrows down the options a little and a have a different idea now . . will be interesting to see tomorrow.. Oh! dear Buddy gone ! never thought I'd see the day. Never mind Orwells will look after it. Next bike ? Hmmmm! If you're keeping the bags for the Thruxton, you won't need a touring bike. Although, it might be a bit too posh for a trek to Scotland and back. You have the Suzuki with it's slightly naughty boy looks but it's not a sports bike. The Enfield is a sturdy minor roads and lanes work horse and you don't need two so my guess, as Buddy has gone to Orwells then it's a KTM or Kawasaki adventure style bike. P.S. the luggage looks right unlike hard cases which really only match Adventure bikes.
You’ll regret it!..I get it if you’re restricted for whatever reason to one bike and let’s be fair the T100 is an everyday do it all bike for most of us with that 65BHP!( 20 more than the RE 650 range I hasten to add!)….Id have the T100 as my keeper and swap around the fickle play toys to my hearts content if I could have more than one bike!….best of luck though bud…look forward to the new reveal 😎👍

Always sad parting with a much loved machine. I sold my Moto Guzzi Breva 750 to a mate six years ago and always regretted it. I was fortunate to buy it back recently with very few extra miles on the clock. I’ve recommissioned it and loving it all over again. I’ve done more miles in the last four weeks than it did in the last four years. I don’t need two bikes but I can’t bear to part with the Sachs was lucky that a multibike insurance didn’t break the bank, at least this for this year but with the big 80 looming it could be a different story.

Oh man, I ordered a t100 last week and your content was a nudging factor for sure. I’m interested to hear what made you decide to part with your t100. Letting go a very good bike for me usually comes down to very limited storage space and very limited life time to explore them all 😅
I had a 250 Mk1 Gamma for my 18th birthday in 1985. I was the third owner but it was like new and I had it for a couple of years and made so many great memories on it. I looked it up on the MOT checker but sadly it looks like it didn’t make it with no records found. Can I ask what model you had and did you enjoy it? And have you thought about re-living your youth and buying another?

Never been Sad to see one of my bikes go, bottom line if you love it that much you wouldn't get rid of it. At the moment I've got a Enfield Meteor 350 best comfortable bike I've owned but it's doing my head in, got a very intermittent jerking rode it solid for two hours jerked about four times in quick succession didn't do it any more for the rest of the ride. I've tried new plug fuel X pro different air filter, New relays. Always top quality fuel. Will I be sad to see it go 😂😂😂😂 No.

I have had these Classic bags for two years now and yes they are very good. I had them on my T100 but when I traded it for my Honda Cb500x the bags were fitted and they look good. Another new bike, you must be spoiling Mrs Taym. I really fancy the Motto Guzzi V3 Special, saw a used one in Completely Motorcycles Hinckley and it has been haunting me ever since. It would mean trading in the BMW G310r because of lack of space in the garage. I have no idea what new bike you are buying but I would choose the Motto Guzzi with it's vintage feel. The Enfield is a sturdy minor roads and lanes work horse and you don't need two so my guess, as Buddy has gone to Orwells then it's a KTM or Kawasaki adventure style bike. P.S. the luggage looks right unlike hard cases which really only match Adventure bikes.

Always sad parting with a much loved machine. I sold my Moto Guzzi Breva 750 to a mate six years ago and always regretted it. I was fortunate to buy it back recently with very few extra miles on the clock. I’ve recommissioned it and loving it all over again. I’ve done more miles in the last four weeks than it did in the last four years. I don’t need two bikes but I can’t bear to part with the Sachs was lucky that a multibike insurance didn’t break the bank, at least this for this year but with the big 80 looming it could be a different story.

Oh man, I ordered a t100 last week and your content was a nudging factor for sure. I’m interested to hear what made you decide to part with your t100. Letting go a very good bike for me usually comes down to very limited storage space and very limited life time to explore them all 😅

I had a 250 Mk1 Gamma for my 18th birthday in 1985. I was the third owner but it was like new and I had it for a couple of years and made so many great memories on it. I looked it up on the MOT checker but sadly it looks like it didn’t make it with no records found. Can I ask what model you had and did you enjoy it? And have you thought about re-living your youth and buying another?

Never been Sad to see one of my bikes go, bottom line if you love it that much you wouldn't get rid of it.
At the moment I've got a Enfield Meteor 350 best comfortable bike I've owned but it's doing my head in, got a very intermittent jerking rode it solid for two hours jerked about four times in quick succession didn't do it any more for the rest of the ride. I've tried new plug fuel X pro different air filter,

I have had these Classic bags for two years now and yes they are very good. I had them on my T100 but when I traded it for my Honda Cb500x the bags were fitted and they look good. Another new bike, you must be spoiling Mrs Taym. I really fancy the Motto Guzzi V3 Special, saw a used one in Completely Motorcycles Hinckley and it has been haunting me ever since. It would mean trading in the BMW G310r because of lack of space in the garage. I have no idea what new bike you are buying but I would choose the Motto Guzzi with it's vintage feel.
