I got a hilux 1kz 04 and i have the egr + intake manifold etc off right now and giving it a clean but i would like to put a blocking plate with a 7 mm hole do you reckon it will run better or will it stuff up the combustion temperatures?? i know you have spoken about some of this but i’d like a specific answer if possible?
if you have a secondary fuel filter would that extend the lifespan of the injectors and if so how much? like replace every 200,000k's instead of 150,000k's? -1KDFTV

Hi Anthony you were going to say something about the catch can. At the end. And you forget about it. I was waiting for it . What do you think of Catch can and the plate. For a1GD 2018. Because I got Catch can already.in it.
Can't some form of soot collecter be added to the system to remove soot from the gases prior to valve or Maybe a redirection to air cleaner box I understand it's hot gas but what else would raise issues
Another great idea as I said before it’s called a DPF is your soot collector it’s free all you Gotta do take the clean gases from after the DPF then we’re happy pretty sure I said that in the video
Would you think using some oil additives like CDR brand ect would improve the oil and hence maybe reduce egr soot build up? Ontop of maintance injectors ect

why dont manufacturers collect gas for egr after the dpf. go to the cost of adding a cooler
