Found this while looking for a demonstration video of turfing. (For undergraduate students who know nothing about fiber arts).
Most of the videos are guys (or girls) doing cartoonish rugs. Much too cutesy.
This, however, modern style for a modern technique. And that design is great. Good eye!

I have watched a lot of turfing, but this is so clean
Literally no strands on the cloth when you pull out the gun,
And the vertical lines, ufffff made my day,
Also i realised, if i practise more i could get there like you

Always I saw your made with big rug frame. Its a good I idea to make rotable frame its useful and easy to stand working on the floor. And another tip you can electric air suction fan snap with flexible tube to collect fabric dust during you work.

I am tufting my first rug. The back of my rug is very bumpy and not smooth at all. What I am doing wrong?
Is the yarn and your linework all even or is it sporadically spaced apart? And is your canvas consistently tightened after you stretch it and trace & work on the piece? Could be a bit of both !
