I did all and all were ok till "laravel --version" command. I don't know ( . I did every step, I installed laravel, installation completed I asked version and it answered that laravel is not command. What should I do? Did I do something wrong? Help me please

Can you find composer package installation directory ? If you can, find bin folder or you can search for "laravel" in that directory. Then add that directory to system path. All executeable script usually in bin folder inside COMPOSER_PATH.

Have you install Laravel? If yes, then have you add it's bin folder to system PATH? Check COMPOSER_PATH to locate bin folder. I hope this help you or at least give you clue to fix the error.
