I think Williams is really good, but I often times seeing these more established opponents dominating the points against him. He has fabulous technique, but I think his high margin for error doesn't allow him to strike the ball as hard as he would like. I would bet that in the next six months or so he will develop a more aggressive play style to adapt from juniors to the pros/college. Good luck to both!
