Bella Bunny. I no longer have a set income, my job of 18 years was moved overseas and I have only been doing gig work (Door Dash and Uber). It's a different income amount every week, so I am only stuffing very small amounts weekly, sometimes only a dollar or two, but it is slowly adding up. I set my daughters (ages 15 and 17) up with their own binders and let them choose their categories. I said I would give them a certain amount each payday for clothes. Removed the pressure from me because I hate to say no 😂 They don’t work consistently, but do a lot of odd jobs especially in the summer when school is out. I also set them up with an IRA and told them I would match what they put in up to a certain amount.
What a great idea! I love this! My 2 younger kids love to save and when I showed them some cute animal savings challenges they said they wanted to do it. I'm excited to get them started on learning a whole new level of budgeting.

Me, too! My mindset is different. I’ve always been “frugal” but I feel like this is different. I like the knowing part. I know where things are going. That’s the difference- I tell it where to go before it tells me. 🙌
I like the conversation on spending on kids. I have a 20 month old. I have a $25 weekly allowance envelop for things she may need. If i don't spend i roll it into a dining fund for her. So she has a little fund just for her expenses. I'll expand on that as she gets older and teach her how to budget and cash stuff😊 Bella Bunny

Thank you for including the budget piece of this whole system I’m appreciative of it. Lots of channels have now migrated to just doing videos of saving’s challenges. If you’re new and stumble on budgeting videos that only show savings challenges you’ll be completely lost and wonder how and where do they get that money to “play games” with?!

I'm glad you showed that we don't have to be so rigid in our thinking regarding how much we put away, regarding your dropping your no spend from $5 to $1, then back up to $2 a day. I am hard on myself most of the time, and I tend to think all or nothing. I need to think like this and be more flexible, because putting anything away in savings is better than nothing. Congratulations to the winner! I have previously purchased a Bella Taylor wallet, loved it so much, I bought one for my daughter and she loves it too! I only discovered cash stuffing and budgeting videos in January along with some Dave Ramsey wisdoms and decided to try doing these methods. The advice is so true, it’s just toooooo easy to swipe a card for everything, buy now, pay later. Sometimes my credit card would be $3-5 thousand a month! Yikes! I always paid it off (almost always), but since I’m retired and only get paid once a month, it would take my whole check, to pay it off and I’d start the whole cycle again. Since I started budgeting and cash stuffing, I have found that I am a lot stingier with my money, even at the grocery store! I haven’t been spending online or on Amazon like I use to either. Lo and behold, my envelops are starting to fill up and my savings are growing. Who’d have thunk it?!!😂😂 My season of life may be different than others, so my goals may be different, but this is something you can do at any age. I plan on getting my granddaughters wallets and envelopes when they visit this summer with some spending money, but they will have to spend from their wallets for things or treats they may want instead of “Grandma, can I have this, and me caving…😂. I’ll have them check their wallets to see if they can afford it. In theory, it works in my head…we’ll see! But, I believe you can’t start too young. Two Sister Bee’s was one of the first channels I found, good solid advice and I love the enthusiasm brought by both channels. Thank you guys, because you are making a wonderful difference in peoples lives. Oh, and BELLA BUNNY! thank you Jen and Rich, these wallets are superb.

At first I would get paid and pay off the bills then just go crazy on what we had left if we did have anything left. I did that last year! Bought a “new” car and paid that thing off QUICK! By then, we had no credit card payments so all that $ that was going to them - went to pay car off. Amazing how fast it will go with no other debt payments! You got this! 💛🙌

Bella Bunny! So glad I found your channel and this supportive community. I have been cash stuffing for about a month and it has helped tremendously even though I can’t stuff a lot. But I found out that even small amounts add up quickly.
It is definitely about gaining control of spending - especially in the beginning. Then the money adds up naturally. I couldn’t believe how much I was spending a couple years ago.
