Exactly what you mean! There are some lip products that don’t hydrate. It’s like they apply a film over the lip, but it doesn’t absorb into the lip to make it feel comfortable. 7:38

It’s understandable because of a lot of controversial things to do with their brand. Some things are good and other are not.
don't try it. all the products I have from sheglam literally deteriorated like a week after I got them most of them really didn't even look good either
