This cover was instrumental in me picking the guitar back up after many years. Also Amazing Grace just so happens to be my all time favorite song and this rendition is just wonderful.

WOW What a recording of such a wonderful hymn and one of 2 of my favourite hymns of all time. As a Christian I do acknowledge that God is my Saviour. I am from Dutch and Scottish decent and appreciate the bagpipes been part of this recording.

I played guitar (badly) in the 60s but gave it all up. About 10 years ago i decided to give it another go (just for my own amusement} and i am really enjoying it. You are never too old my friend.

Este músico não nasceu pra tocar guitarra não. Ele e a guitarra são uma coisa só. Ele tira estes acordes como se fossem fáceis de sair. A guitarra parece que entrega pra ele os sons que ele pensa. Sua total inexpressividade parece deixar a emoção ficar e se exprimir no instrumento. É uma coisa divina.

this was a beautiful rendition of this song, I listened to it in remembrance of my best friend of all times, he was like the brother I never had. (36yrs.) he passed away a few years ago. he would have been 51yrs today. damn I miss my friend, but this song made me feel better, after some tears. thanks for posting this nice job dude!

@@geoffers47 Yes my friend, thats very true. this past 3yrs, watch two of my best friends pass away, they take a piece of the heart everytime one goes. they were too young too one was 45 , they other 48. the hard part is for me, I dont make new friends anymore, ive become quite reclusive. so everyday I cherish the friend I have left. thanks for your song and thoughts.

Hopefully, this beautiful rendition of "Amazing Grace" will help me better cope with Holy Week. Churches closed--many services online. Not the same for me. But listening to this helps tremendously---gives me a kind of inner peace. Thank you so much for selecting this as an "Easter suitable" hymn!!!

Hello dear Von. I think the song brings something to us at any time my friend. Thought it would be nice to spend some time in the garden yesterday, (Sunday) as the weather was so good. Unfortunately the neighbours thought the same, and their two screaming kids, were too much to handle, so i retreated back inside. I should have been born into royalty, then i could have had my own country retreat! Lol. The good news is, i am now the proud owner of six comfy, scented T.rolls! Ha Ha!
