Hey man, thanks for the cool tutorial on procedural modeling! There is not much great stuff on modeling procedurally without using VEX! :) The only slight problem with your tut is that the recording was ahead of the video :)
hey, thank you very much for doing these videos, very helpful! newbie question. how do you preview node selection in viewport? I mean, when you run a polybevel, the edges that are going to be affected are highlighted in green in the video. edit: nvm I got it.. hahaha :P
lol fail : D but the group selection is also not really procedural in this case.. because if he changes the size of the box he needs to change the group boxes too.. so he had to link size of the box to it.
The group node killed me instantly!
Glad that you learned something ;)

Great video! Thank you for offering these for free!
Enjoy Oliver, there is part2 of this that will be coming soon to show how to render the fan ;)

I would love to see your version when you finish it, please send me a preview :)

Well done! You killed zbrush :)))))
If you say so :)
Good tutorial, but your input is too fast..How did you display the seams at 8:50?
How can I make my interface like yours? That floating Parameters..
Do you set up multiple UV's in this tutorial at all? No one has a tutorial on that.

Thank you!
Thanks :)
3ds MAX and Houdini are another "planets".
Good video but please re-record the video goes out of sync
WT...F. 4 minutes for a bevel !!
Can you record the tutorial again but move slower, talk slower and make it clear what you're doing in the UI?
Good video but nope i'll just stick to blender
You can use Blender for Modelling .texturing , stuff like that but when it comes to effects and dynamics . Houdini is on another league
your sound and video is WAY out of sync
0:40 "Select them by hand" ... that's not "procedural modeling"... you will lose that selection if you make changes to the mesh.
Did you watch the rest of the video before commenting that?
Lol no I skipped to the next video when I saw him doing that
So if you stuck around for 20 seconds he explains the issue with doing that and then sets it up to be procedural.
I had 5 more Houdini videos lined up :/
