Ok here is a few things you need to correct in your information class E airspace generally starts not at the surface during VFR weather. It starts at 700 ft AGL . East of the Mississippi river class E airspace starts 700 ft west of the Mississippi it generally starts at 1200 ft AGL. The Only time class E airspace goes to the surface is during weather conditions where the weather minimums for Fix wing aircraft are below VFR flight rules, that is that little extension off the circle of the class E airspace you are referring to.. This is done to facilitate the landing of fixed wing aircraft under an instrument approach. If you are flying near ANY airport say within 10 miles. You really should have an aviation radio and do what we pilots call self announce. You would say it like this " FT Stockton area traffic drone operation 4 miles north of the field 400 ft and below Ft Stockton traffic" Also the color of the segmented line is defined as Magenta... NOT RED.

Please watch the video again as this this video was also not intended to be an airspace review and or recap course. There is nothing to correct as all information stated is correct.

Do you now have to register drones that weigh less than 0.55lbs. (250g)?

What about class E extension to a Class D to the ground, as shown for airport DLH?

The class E airspace that starts at the surface around DLH is all enclosed therefore it still requires a FAA airspace waiver or authorization.
