    I went into edit mode actually, and couldn't figure out how to leave, had to restart my game. What key is it?
    Also one of the annoying things I first experienced was the wireframe around all objects, took forever to just be able to look at something in a clean view.
    Loving it so far, definitely not new user friendly lol.

      Sally H Destiny Bacon You're lucky that you only can't run the program due to what is probably a driver problem... My computer freezes as I try to load it. A single 2.1GHz core just won't cut it... Neither will the 3GB of RAM or the integrated graphics.

    Great intro! I wish I could figure out how to turn off asteroids. Every time I try to click on an object near the ecliptic it finds an asteroid instead. I clicked some settings but nothing helped.
    Also, curious that it doesn’t seem to model orbit changes over time (e.g. procession). I looked at the orbits of the moon and Mercury over extended time periods and they didn’t budge at all. Is there a setting for this maybe? Not a big deal but just odd that such a great model would ignore it.

    @theopenconspiracy 2 роки тому

    Hi,
    I don't know if you're still there and monitoring these video comments, but I've just downloaded SE for the first time and the view I'm getting is very weird. It seems to bend space and the controls don't seem to work as you show them in the video (first look). The only way I can rotate, it seems, is by holding the left mouse button and moving the mouse in a circle. Zooming in and out are so fast I lose the place instantly. I've downloaded a load of tutorials but none of them seem to address the issues I'm getting.
    How do I get the default perspective that you get, i.e. without the 'bent-space' look?
    The Menu also freezes occasionally. When I press the Menu option (it freezes and flickers and I often need to press escape, then repeat the click or press escape twice). The mouse controls also seem to be different. I use a vertical mouse for RSI but this shouldn't be a problem (it isn't with all the other software I use).
    I think SE is really fantastic and I would love to explore it but it just won't cooperate.
    Can you help me get a stable view that is actually controllable?
