Why don’t they talk about a certain magic liquid being withdrawn globally.
What’s that?
Where are the sandwiches going to come from for hundreds of people? Is someone going to fight their way through the crowd to hand out those hundreds of sandwiches/bottles of water? That would be a logistical nightmare. Now the poor beleaguered, stressed airport employee is expected to order in. I sure wouldn't want that thankless job because as we know, anyone wearing an airline/airport uniform is the immediate target for passengers' frustration and ire. Btw, it doesn't matter what type of announcement is made to passengers, they're still going to be upset and unaccepting of whatever is told them because that's what passengers do. Then, when they finally board their flight, they'll take it out on the inflight crew, who have absolutely no control over what's happened. Additionally, if the crew has experienced the same frustrating wait at the airport, they haven't been paid a cent for the entire time they've been there, in the same environment as their passengers. So please, don't hold into attack mode towards airline employees
