Thank you for sharing this. I use 5V USB-LED-strips built into my guitars (am a luthier based in Japan.). I have yet to find a power bank without a "power switch" or turning itself off. Yours looks like it can do it, if keeping it switched on! It is listed as not available though. The guitars are closed, the power bank is in the body. There is a lid to open and close, but it is a pain in the butt to always switch on the power bank first. The LEDs shall be operated only by the remote. Any advise on that? All models I tried so far have the same problem. LEDs cannot be switched on only via remote without activating the power bank first. Help plz. Getting gray hair. USB C to A adaptors didn't do it either.
Are there any led short-strip lights with a very small battery case? Thinking to install LED behind a small wall installation but there are no power outlets close so want smth on batteries that can all hide behind this installation
hi there- great video , thanks so much. Quick question- for running 2 led strips( 5m and 2m) could I run off 1 battery pack by using a USB adaptor that allows me to use 2 usb's in one port.
Hello. Great video. I’m looking at running 2 separate runs of 5 meters long of water proof strip lights. Would it be better to run two power packs? Will I get more run time the bigger the power pack? Thanks.
Thanks. Yes, 2 battery packs would give you more runtime as well as a larger pack. Be sure to get dimmable lights, the dimming, even a little, really helps it run longer.
How big of a power pack would you suggest. I see them as high as 80 dollars on the Amazon link. If dimmed properly, what kind of runtime might I get. I’m hoping for a few hours at least.
Thanks. You have been more helpful than all the businesses I have called today. Do you recommend any particular web site for purchasing the dimmers and connectors in your video?
Hi Marco, see the description, I give a list of the led lights and battery packs shown in the video. You can really use any led light as these batteries have 5v usb and 12v outlets.
The shelf that I want to light up; has no convenient power source. However there are 4 different compartments within the shelf ( 1m length LED strip required) which I would like to light up. How may I link 4 strips of LED to a single battery source ? The distance between the LED strips to the battery source approx 1m.
Fantastic video, very informative and what I was looking for 🙌
Exactly the idea I was looking for.
Clear and precise.
Thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
Great video. You saved me a lot of work and money.
Glad I could help
Thank you for this information. Can you write the name of the large battery?
Everything should be listed in the Description section

Would be nice to actually see them in action
will these work with btf matrix pannels?
Not sure about that.
there 5v
I just need a simple brain dead to power them that doesn’t require them to plug in to a outlet

Yes, that should work.
@@solderingironguide thanks so much for quick reply. Good wishes x
Hey great video! Question for you, if I want to buy that battery pack, but I want motion sensored LED strips, what is the best led strip to buy?
Hi, you can add this motion sensor to the standard lights mentioned in the description: amzn.to/3QMzRG6

For several hours of runtime, you can use 2 of the small packs in my description.
Thanks. You have been more helpful than all the businesses I have called today. Do you recommend any particular web site for purchasing the dimmers and connectors in your video?
The dimmer is built in to the led strip you buy, just search one that is dimmable and the length you need. Both + connectors on amazon too.
So whhat exacly do i need to and what brand of steip lights to use the Power packs instead of batteries?? Do I need special adapter?? Thank u

@@trakkitllc thanknu I will check the parts in yoir video
I have a question about the battery pack and cool white led string. How do I contact you for a quick question?
I guess you can’t 😂
There is no link….what are the names and power of the packs
Hi kwserr, check the description in the video, I show all the parts and links there.
I assume the bigger battery could be able be a bit bright but the smaller one on a low brightness
No, the bigger battery will only last longer, not make it brighter
@@solderingironguideno like you could make the strip brighter
@@solderingironguideawesome video btw 😊
How much power needed for lighting 20m led strip for 12hour....?
Can you please provide the battery description for this
Hi, I would use the talent batteries shown in the video, but add one every 10m, so 2 for your 20m total. Also use dimmable leds to get long runtime.

Kana, just cut the LED strip in the 4 lengths you need. Then solder 3/4 wires to each to connect them again. And connect to the battery at the end.
@@solderingironguide Thanks. Appreciate your reply.
@Soldering Iron Guide can I just buy thoes led strip connectors talo join them after they been cut instead of solder them?
