- I found this really cool kit from PrintInkIt. Seem like a really cool way to do printing when travelling, so thought I'd give it a go.
I decided to do a drypoint print, which is a type of intaglio printing and uses the same tools as engraving without needing a press.
🙌 Had so much fun.

How lovely!!
Thank you 😊
Love the flowers!
Thank you 🙏
Really a great demo. Would rather have had voice-over, music was a bit jarring. But loved it when you narrated. Such a beautiful print, and fun to watch. Thank you
Thank you! I’ve actually stopped doing music on my videos now, so you will find they are all silent 😃
Awesome. The plate itself is a beautiful piece of art lol. What a great concept though (-: Marion
Thank you, I think sometimes plate can look more beautiful than the print. Happy printing
Thank you for the video. . I hope to try it soon and I love the daffodils! I tried to look up the kit on Etsy but I think it has been discontinued ☹️
Oh no that’s a shame! All these bit are quite easy to get hold off, you just need a perspex sheet, a needle and an intaglio ink. Paper is the best cold pressed watercolour
Thank you! Love your work!
Hi Marta, I have spied your jumbo rollers in the video. Can you tell me where you got them? I have been following one of your viscosity collographs demos and would like to buy one, but not sure where to start.
Hi Kay, I got them from hawthornprintmaker.com/
I looked for ages and theirs where a good price in comparison to other places. They are really good quality and come with a metal stand which is really handy
@@CollagraphPrinting Thanks so much Marta. I've been researching quality and prices too, how expensive if you buy with the handle or spindle. I'll have a look at your suggestion. Thanks. Kay.
No music please. Otherwise, very useful.
Thank you. I have no music on my later videos, just on my old ones 🤗
I enjoyed watching. Happy Spring.
The music is a bit not relaxing. But that’s Okay- you did well editing.
Ha ha, yes, a bit of a hectic loop, thank you for watching
Love your tutorials! What is the name of the printing kit that you are using here? Also, what is the name of the person on ETSY selling these? Thank you so much!
Hi Belinda, thank you! I’m afraid these kits are no longer available. It I can put together a list of ingredients you could outsource if that helps? Are you based in UK?
Thank you so much for getting back to me!!
I am in the US! Any help you can give me is appreciated.
Thought it would be a good introduction without first investing
In a large press. Just the names of the different tools -would be a big
help. Also, what is the name of the yellow paper
you used for the daffodil? Again, thank you!
Belinda
@@belindascheber8551 this page will show you everything you need, it’s a uk site but if you use the same names to search in US it should give you the same results:

I prefer akua ink and they also make a very cheap alternative to printing press:

This works well too

For paper just use any thin craft paper
@@CollagraphPrinting Thank you somuch!
This process is completely new to me so I would have liked you to say what you were actually doing rather than have that dreadful, loud music playing over your demo.
Your end result is beautiful!
Fair comment, I have actually stopped the music on my videos and have a voice over instead. Thank you for watching 🙏
