matt is incredible. I think the only thing he lacks is rising. his hands drops when guys hook him. happened with prudnick, yordan, and even with kaliashenko as well. I think if he can just rise a bit more, and contest the fingers in the set up, hes just un stoppable. I don see him fighting the fingers as often.
He's not trying to rise because he uses the low-hand top roll technique. When it works it's great. He just wasn't strong enough to beat those guys. He's been on somewhat of a winning streak now though.
@@christopherpage8942 that’s what I’m saying, he’s not trying to rise when he should be. The low hand doesn’t work if you’re not actively contesting the fingers of a good hook puller.
When youre putting the strap on its easier to put it on if you put the buckle on youre opponents hand. Thats the only reason. It has nothing to do with anything but that. Its common practice. Makes the strap easier to put on when ur doing it urself
@@justaguyfromreddit oh hey martino! Maybe i explained wrong. Im saying when its just u and youre opponent and one of you has to put the strap on it makes it easier to loop through the buckle and pull it down when the buckles on the other persons hand.
@@SovietUnionn here me out. If you put the buckle on youre own hand then you have to reach over or under to feed it through and u cant see it as good. But if its on youre opponents hand u can easily see the buckle and holes to feed the strap through and you dont have to reach around . Its just more practical . For me atleast. Maybe its a canadian thing. Just how i was taught and it made sense to me. Awesome if you can do it both ways just as easily though thats great.
tell me you're new to armwrestling without telling me you're new to armwrestling. What happened is: Matt ran away, he pronated hard and dumped his riser to get the slip.
Matt's technique needs a lot of work, he doesn't do posting toproll, only low hand, but also, doing the low hand he tries as if he's posting but without the post, he doesn't try and drag, cup, looks really like a begginer.
So odd seeing Matt Mask so calm and chill 😂 Great practice guys
Arm wrestling at Big lots that's f****** gangster

Maybe because he has no fingers left

Good match
Its hard to slow pull vs someone who has a stronger hand/wrist
Not quite but I would love to see it
I like Matt, but why does he has no biceps? or is it not visible?
What’s Kali doing in Canada???
Sergei has improved significantly, Matt couldn't do anything to him at the start
It was practice both aren’t ready for a match
@@nealcassady-yn3bhSergei is closer to150kg atm he's a SHW where matt is light weight not even heavyweight 🤷

If Matt gets palm up, he loses. Always like that
he needs to rotate out like devon, he has nothing when palm up

Really depends on on what kind of arms and strengths a person has
Your technique never looks good when you lose😂
When he wins he looks great.
Sometimes no matter what you do the other person is too strong.
