Hello Coppell, I have the P502UI-B1without the E and my HDMI 5 4K/60Hz input seems to only handle 1080p, if I go above that resolution it shows "No Signal". Could the mainboard have a disconnected cable or something? Thank you in advanced it's greatly appreciated.
Hello, I have the VISIO P502ui-B1E and have the problem where the sound works but the screen is black. My problem is that I have not been able to find a replacement main board. I was hoping that you may be able to direct me to some where that would have one for sale. The part number is 715G6924-M0F-000-005T and when I do a search on eBay it does show a replacement EEPROM but not the whole main board itself and I am not that skilled at soldering to feel comfortable removing and installing the EEPROM. Thank you for your help. Great video by the way. Interesting learning a little bit about the LED matrix. Edit: I thought that I would add that we have had the TV for a number of years so it may be that it is just time to upgrade. That may be why I am having such a hard time finding the part. hey coppell, i have vizio P502UI-B1E mine tv went black not getting power i open it conformed its my power board do you sell them or know where i can get one? i order one i put it in and i got power light came on but then still came up...but than i looked at the board i got and they sent me the wrong one...the part number wasnt the same as the one i got
Hello Coppell, I have a VIZIO E55-F1. I have a problem where after turning on the TV: 1. It gets me to demo mode 2. There is picture and it looks beautifully normal. Then it says to exit demo mode I need to press input. I tried to press input both w/without HDMI. 3. The screen then turn black and freeze, yes there is backlight but frozen. I have tried to power-cycle it. But no luck. What will give me the best luck to fix this? Replacing the mainboard? Or eeprom? Thank you so much. Also looking forward for your response. Trung
Hey I found this same Tv. I turn it on but only the white light turns on for a bit then turns off. The screen has not lite up . I took the back off and looks like everything is there just like in your video. I also don’t have a remote. What do you recommend?
I found this same model tv at the local dump. Only the white power light came on. I baked the main board at 400F for 10 minutes on card board and wrapped in foil and it works now.
@@kcruzxiii I believe it is the one on t right thx to process of elimination. The left one is the power board (in charge of the power, what power flows, etc.) The middle (Coppell mention this) is the LED matrix

I have the same model of TV. I do get backlights and there is sound. However, there is no picture. Would you suggest replacing the LED driver & Tcon?
No, I would suggest replacing or repairing the main board. It could also be tcon or panel of course.

Which is the main board?
Does your TV still work? I've heard this only fixes the problem for a short while and then the "eprom" problem returns.
