And we will b boarding from Nagpur to kolhapur ...

Budget of 20k is sufficient for 4 people, from nagpur you can get down at thane,Kalyan or cst,this are the station from where you will get express train for kudal,get down at kudal and take bus from kudal to malvan bus depot ,it should cost 40-50 per person (bus charges)from there you can take auto for devbag or tarkali wherever your hotel booking is,I would suggest you to stay near devbag ,devbag is best place for water activities ,tarkali will cost you less for water activities but quality will differ so for good experience better go for devbag
