I love my 2014 Sonata gls. It's a great car except it lacks headroom in the back seat for taller people. Other than that, it's a blast to drive.

If you look up all the recalls you’ll stay clear of Hyundai.
The GDI engines (Turbo or normally aspirated) are plagued with issues and design flaws, not to mention poor quality control in it’s manufacturing. These engines have a very high incidence of engine fires (Not associated with a crash).
