I am not sure , if thats possible in India. In most countries doctors do wait for the person to turn 18 for any irreversible gender affirmative surgeries. I do not know whats the wpath guidline on this.

the vaginoplasty cost differs from surgeon to surgeon, it can range anywhere from 2 lakh to 5 lakh rupees. HRT is a long term commitments, it can cost you upto 1000rs per month.

30 k All Total. Orchiectomy is the best decision to perform from MtF Transgender. Gender dysphoria reduces a lot . Fully mentally satisfaction u will get & it's affordable too 🙂
I am from West Bengal & Any Good Urologist / Uro surgeon will do this. Only y need a GID letter . Even 6 months on HRT before Orchiectomy is not mandatory .
