For what it's worth, Im American and the two brokerage firms I use are Fidelity and IBKR. Basically only because Fidelity doesn't let me buy internationally listed securities in my retirement account. They do allow international securities in regular taxable accounts. Fidelity has a long track record of being honest and reputable (it's in the name!) with legends like Peter Lynch. And believe it or not, very many, maybe most of their mutual funds are outperforming their benchmarks over meaningful periods 5, 10 years, and since inception.
I find withdrawing funds to be a bit of a pain with international Brokers. I had to call their helpdesk to verify and then they still didn't process the request.
☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️ I’m a beginner, I will advise you all not to be convinced by scammers, my best recommendation for you is to get in contact with the only honest man Mr Carlos that helped me with a good strategy to trade, earn and recover losses which I’m enjoying now contact him politely, he is the most reliable and trustworthy trader. He helped me for free with a 1-on-1 masterclass
Thanks for the helpful vid. I'm thinking of opening a Saxo account (I'n in the UK), but what is their execution speed like, when trading? Is it much slower than IBKR, for stocks?
Saxo is good for Long Term Investors. 100% agree, day traders shouldn't use this. But I think all good investing is long term investing so I apologise for not talking about other styles.
And more specifically penny-stocks let's say the stock price $0.037 it will cost me 135% to open the trade. And yes it's for long term investors.. very long term 💀 but I like Saxo to be honest trust worthy in my opinion. Hope you can invest some time to explain Algo order types.

Good to know, I only withdraw money one time as a test and it worked fine. But at least they have a helpdesk... haha

saxo has a lot product than IBKR right?

So if you are trying to day trade, don't use saxo. Its not made for this. Speeds are slower apparently. Its for longer term investors
@@AndrewBrownInvesting I'm more of a swing trader, actually, but I still like speedy order fulfilment...
Hello, please help me. How can I choose leverage? I am planning to short Spx until the end of the year, I need a leverage say 15:1. How do I do that?
@@pako2790 You definitely don't need leverage... I don't want to help you with this. Please rethink this decision.
@@AndrewBrownInvesting thank you, I will reconsider.
Their fees are really so high and not recommended for day traders
