Very creative but my situation is a little different if have light groves no pulsation on the rotors could I smooth them out with just replacing pads with new semi metallic ones?
Lets say u charge $20 each rotor. About 4-8 rotors per day, maybe. How long would it take to pay for the machine? 20yrs? 15yrs? The machine will wear out before it starts to make a profit.

Why can’t the The “hubless” rotor use the same adapter as the first rotor in the video? The only difference is the fixed lugs

That's a great question and we recommend contacting a local mechanic that would be better suited to look at your specific situation.
Recommend replacing pads just to be safe. If your rotor was running out of true before the resurface, the brake pads aren't going to do their job.

Villamor78 I’ve never seen anyone cut drilled/slotted rotors can’t be good for the bit.
I realize that now. I always imagined they used some sort of machine sanding method. Lol.
We don't ever use bits. Our rotors come out more true than factory. Gonna have a video soon for the safer more efficient way to do this

How do you know how much surface to cut.
You just know.
I would never put a re-cut brake disc on my car. I have had one shatter and it does a lot of damage to the brake caliper and locks up your wheel.
