I would suggest using induction heating for brazing the connections together to reduce unwanted flame spray. I come from a A/C manufacturing background.
I have a baldor motor a white 1/2 hp gold signature paint coating on rotor and epoxy, and this was originally a turbine engine converted to pulley action induction motor these baldor engines are interchangeable to the purpose in which is applied. Good quality engines and last a long time I got a dec.93 motor that was used for an automated carwash water turbine with a rare gold rotor shaft wish I could too work here I am highly experienced in this field also with an a+certification with Microsoft would be one major asset to this company and I'm QC certified through the company called TDK (computer company). This field is right up my alley of passion and dedication, I live in West Point,MS any openings please post. THANKS
Energy from magnet can be obtained without any mechanical movement. All we need is material capable of being converted from magnetic to nonmagnetic when applying electrical impulses. This will simulate the rotation of the armature in the generators. Such a material was created for other purposes and there is technology. More info ?
I have another question. Do your multiphase motors have that "star" or "Y-point" type connection at the ends of the individual phases? Because the motor I rebuilt, I wired it with a Y-point connection at the phase ends. Basically, on my own rebuilt motor, one end of each individual phase, I have connected to the stator line, and the other end I have connected to the Y-point.
I usually spec Baldor, a bit pricey but they're better built than most others plus the torque curves are better suited for most of the places I work at. (Rock crushing plants, hot plants [asphalt], concrete plants, etc.) Obviously, most are cast-iron frames.......lol. A question though; most ∆ wound stators have 9 leads out. This is actually better than 12 leads because it's easier to splice but leads #1, 2 and 3 are the same size as the others even though these leads have twice the current. Why are they not larger than the others? Great video, even though I've installed hundreds of motors over the years, this is the first time I've ever seen one built. Rob.
What is the purpose of the "phase paper insulation"? I just finished rebuilding a 3-phase stator for an antique fan without any "phase paper insulation" and so far it is running fine.
the phase paper protects the windings from touching ground aka laminations. If you have the smallest connection to ground, you're done, gotta rewind it. they must be fully insulated from each other and ground.
great video about motor winding i rewind thousands motors but baldor also vim germany better then other motors baldor motor i would like to ask you 1 question please tell me how i rewind that motor which motor we don't have any formula please tell me regarding that. best regards noor ul amin
let me say some about BALDOR COMPANY 1 , name BALDOR is BALLMAN AND DOERR ( joined frist sylabes BAL_ DOERR ) TWO PARTNER that founded this company electric motors 2 . THAT MEANS EXACTLY BALDOR COMPANY ? Is the product really that convert with high thecnology all your general purposes in From the personal to the industrial applications that will run to the future
Over 90% of Baldor-Reliance motors meet the Buy American Act: bit.ly/3xDn5NE
A lot of changes since I left there in 1972. We did all the wire coils by hand at $2.00/hour. Hard work but a fairly good place to work.
That would be about $15 per hour today. wow.

The motor I rebuilt runs on normal household 120-volt current.
do you produce the terminal boxes in house also?
