I was a Kickstarter backer for this... No regrets. Watching the new Jurassic Park movies with my girlfriend has really been a highlight of the projector.
Did you hook up additional sound? I want to have a close as I can movie theater experience. I usually use the lobby scene in The Matrix, the podrace scene in SW Episode 1 and the T Rex chasing the car in Jurassic Park. I have a soundbar that I would like to hook up to it, but this video sounds like you don't need it, but I needs my big theater sound....lol Any questions you can answer would be great!
The shape reminds me of those old slide projectors. Especially when you showed the bottom where the vent lines are. Like if you flipped it over you could put the slides in there
wow i used to watch you many years ago you haven’t pulled up in my algorithm in a very long time , you got a little hefty now i glad you doing great and still making videos man you got me to buy many things 😂
Search "Nebula Cosmos" on Amazon. This is the "Max" version. Which is a great projector! I have the standard Cosmos, which is like half the cost. I've had it 6 months and it is AMAZING! The Cosmos Max is slightly larger, more speakers, 4k (instead of the Cosmos at 1080), and brighter (1,500 ANSI lumens Vs. 900 ANSI lumens). That seems like a lot, and it will make a difference; but, it isn't really as huge of difference in brightness as you think in real life.
I like very much, but I cannot afford 😰😰😰I have only nebula Apollo but I'm still satisfy as of now..maybe someday.i will upgrade that unit.if the price already drop 😊✌️
I really want a projector for my new apartment. Id love to have it in my bedroom. Its the perfect type of room for one. I bet I cant afford it, though. RIP. :/
The normal Cosmos can often be had for around $600 on Amazon (right this second it is $650). I've had mine for like 6 months. It is amazing! Use it with a screen probably around 90+ inches in my living room. Keystone works great! Sound is awesome, no need for external speaker (max has more speakers, but, the normal Cosmos has more than I need in sound). I will get a Nebula in the future (as long as this one lasts for at least 4 years). Next one will be 4k, or maybe even 8k. But, for now, this 1080 is what I use in my house the most (even though we have at least 5 other flatscreens in the house, one of which being a Samsung 65" 4k); still prefer the projector for movies and such).
@@Filipables Thanks. I went ahead and bought this about a month ago. The light bleed is definitely annoying so I never use the virtual zoom. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
Any other fans of projector out there? Nothing like the big screen experience?
Epson fan here love my 110 inch screen
My only concern is the low lumens brightness

Anker continues to drop some decent stuff! Great video as usual 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Thanks and yea, they have a solid track record. ✌🏽
@@SoldierKnowsBest I could've swore a few years ago they were just about batteries haha. Nice to see them still in the game and making solid stuff. 🤙🏼

I know what you're talking about and it sure does look like those.

High quality mini projector!
Great video,! Im wondering if this would make a 40 inch screen from 3 feet away?
Thanks for the review, is it truly 4k?
5:39 Hey, I know that guy! :))
What is that little Robot on your window ledge ? Ordered the Cosmos Max already - just waiting for it to arrive 😁
Nice video SKB!
I am a broken human because that logo on the top almost fully sold me on it when I just got a new TV lol
Hello
What is the product name of tripod. Where can I buy it?
Hey! Love the video! Quick question....where did you get your projector screen from in the video?!?

Promo code doesn’t work
Nice proyector
What’s the battery life or does it always need to be plugged in? Cheers
What tripod do you recommend for this projector?
What car game was that @ 08:19? Or was that GTA 🤔

Ope, there's the Arch.
How about projector epson laser ls500 ?
You in Stl? Almost can this hookup to a bt soundbar, I have a banging wifi sound system that needs to be heard.
Is this thing mobile? (Capable of running with out being connected to a power source?)

One day 👍🏽

Is that possible to connect the sound bar with the projector?
Yes, you can. It has HDMI ARC port but make sure your soundbar supports the ARC or else you could use the optical out port too.
lumen's are low to use outside or in a bright room you need 5000 lumen's this only has 1500 lumen.
I would like the lumens to be higher, but I'll be using it in a dark room for sure.
Who's going to Mark's for movie night?
Movie starts at 7. What y'all want to watch?
@@SoldierKnowsBest What about that new Marvel thing that's all the rage!
Is the picture quality noticeably worse using the digital zoom?
Little less detailed, and the light bleed when zooming is kinda irritating...

@@raphaeldelaghetto85 it's without a doubt and with the pricetag now a day one of the best you can buy!
you always need a power adapter! its not portable
😭😭😭$1500 good luck
