The diversity of designs for just 14 entries is insane, great community
I felt the same too
Well done every one. Was very encouraging to see so many participants. Impressive! 👍
It's nice to see that there is still a lot of talented people out there that can make our lives more enjoyable because of their efforts.
Thank you for doing this! I would love to have more frequent design competitions with smaller price pools as a trade-off.
Fantastic! Love that the channel created this and was so supportive of all the submitted designs. Great work to all involved.
Thanks so much!
@@ElectricAviation 🙂👊🏻
Excellent video with great designs, well done for creating this. Love from Roma✌🇬🇧
Great contest. I like the spirit of innovation it brings to the audience.
Agreed,
Eso Matamoros!
Even though it's only a drone now, I think you should do an overview of the pterodynamics transwing design, it seems like one of the most elegant ones out there.
Noted!
@@ElectricAviation Oh, yes please do!
As always, good job!
Thank you! Cheers!
The winner's plane looks a lot like the Burt Rutan's Long EZ. That was a real nice kit plane of the days.
It does indeed
Glad to see someone else knows of the legendary Rutan Long EZ.
Really exiting watch! I was tempted to participate, but don't have a background of engineering, but definitely have some ideas that may or may not work. May try it next year! :D
Go for it!
Thank you for organizing the event i tried my best design maybe the drawing was not accurate .any way your UA-cam channel has made me improve my design skills for eVTOL
Most welcome 😊. Do try again next year
Please check arjun s design again
I have made the design having tilt wing with tilt rotor
How do we contact or follow entrants in the contest? If we want to explore their designs more?
If you contact me of skywardselectric@gmail.com and let me exactly which designer you need to get in touch with, I can reach out to him and get the two of you connected.
very good, cheers !
Thank you! Cheers!
Can you cover the eMagic One?
It is the longest range eVTOL concept yet.
Fans and more fans lifting batteries. Where is the electricity going to come from?
Nice video. What are the rules for the next competition?
They will be announced next year
@@ElectricAviation Thanks, could you say approximately when next year?
@@Eugensdiet April
Cool. Sadly, I just found your channel recently. Want to contribute next time
No worries!
I missed this chance to participate I recently designe EVTOL Air ambulance
You can always try next year
How much is the price sir $$$$$ ahh thers at end of the video
Evtol desgn where to submit oir pur design❤
This competition is now closed. Thank you for your interest
Hello, I have some design to show but I do not know who to show them, advice? Maybe some startup can interest my work, I'm ready to collaborate, goodbye and thank you
Sure. One thing you can do is to share it with Engineers to see if its air worthy. If the design is solid, you can raise funds through crowd funding for subscale model.
@@ElectricAviation Thank you for your answer, I was actually looking for an aeronautical engineer but he advised me against the project only because it is new types of flying vehicles and he does not like them, they prefer traditional aerial vehicles and they rejected me!
@@gianlucaaversa5349 I can understand his thinking because most new aircraft can take over 5 years to get certified. Your best bet there fore is to design an aircraft for the Ultralight category, which doesnt need certification
@@ElectricAviation Thanks again for the good advice, the fact is that I have many aircraft designs in my works including a single seat ultralight, the problem is that no one helps me as they are ideas that cannot profit us and as they say too much " fantastic! "
@@gianlucaaversa5349 I am an aerospace engineer (majored in mechanical eng. with a master's in aerospace eng.) I would be happy to assist you if you would like.
What are your thoughts to this little coaxial heli. I can't find more info, but might a ballpark/approx analysis give any insight as to its feasibility for electric power?
