INGREDIENTS TO STEAM GOAT MEAT:
1.5kg Goat Meat
1 Medium Onion
1 Scotch Bonnet
Thumbsize Ginger
4 - 5 Garlic
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp White Pepper
1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary
1 Tsp Badia Complete Seasoning
1 Tsp Adobo Seasoning
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

INGREDIENTS FOR JOLLOF STEW:
3 Scotch Bonnets (Or less)
4 - 5 Medium Shallots
Thumb sized Ginger
4-5 Garlic
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
1 Tsp Curry Powder
140g Tomato Puree
1 Tinned Tomato
1 Tsp Ground Coriander
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
2 Maggi Cube
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp White Pepper
5 Cups of Thai Jasmin Rice (AAA)

Can I ask what gas hob you used? Was it the biggest one or the smaller one to simmer everything?
I used the medium one to cook the meat and the big one to make the jollof stew
