Minimum Wage: Experts Express Concern Over Looming Job Loss

As Nigerians experience high inflation, Experts have expressed concern over looming job loss if minimum wage is not reviewed.
After the suspension the nationwide strike by organized Labour, the Tripartite Committee has now resumed talks to continue negotiations over a new minimum wage for workers in the country.
Briefing newsmen after the meeting, President of the Trade Union Congress Festus Osifo says although the federal government is yet to come up with new figures, organized Labour is optimistic a resolution will be reached soon.
Experts are also expressing concern over looming job losses if the minimum wage is not reviewed.
