And it is certain the prosecution is discussing the probabilities, which they do at every step of the process.
No one knows what the jury will decide until that is made public. That does not educate the public as to the evidence, witnesses, process, and law -- which is RELEVANT.

I'm sure he's correct that Trump would have never been charged with this in the 90s. I remember the good 'ole boy system that existed back then. Anyone with power or influence would have have gotten such people out of charges pretty easily.
