  • Trekking 113km in Aurland Norway. By Lisa en Roel.
We started by descending through Aurlandsdalen, continued in Flåmdalen and made our way back over the Hallingskarvet mountains. The surroundings were lush and green with magnificient waterfalls everywhere. A great hike with easy paths.
This is the first video I made. I would love to hear your feedback as I plan to make more and improve myself.

Awesome video!!!! Beautiful shots and great music choice and editing! Quite impressive for your first video :-).
Personally, I would have loved some more facts about what was shown in the video (name of the places as text-over, you talking about what you really liked / "dont miss this waterfall" / what was tricky / decisions you had to make / tips for next hikers: In short: add some info from YOU, not only the nature via the video pictures) etc. But I can imagine other people might have other opinions.
I am thinking of doing similar hike next year, and your video gave a great impression of how it looks like etc. Your shot of the waterfall at 8:30 was awesome! Do you remember the name of this waterfall? Then I want to go and see it next year!! :-) Again; thanks a lot for this video!! I really enjoyed it.

Thank you! Nice to hear that you enjoyed my video.
Yes, I also think that adding narratives giving explanation about the hike, the surroundings and ourselves will greatly improve the viewing pleasure. It's on my list of thing to learn and for my next video I will give it a go.
The waterfall is called Rjoandefossen in the Flåmsdalen. The time we were at the waterfall it was huge as this was shot during the storm Hans with extreme rainfall. Normally it is somewhat smaller.
Thanks again for your kind words!
