The only way this works is with a "blinking LED" it does not work with a standard LED. You can tell by the height of the red LED. It is taller than a regular LED. Won't work with +5Vdc or +12Vdc.
U r right bro 👍👍
Becausethis is a RGB led... giving the exact voltage for the each colour...you can Glow it in the colour...so I think he provide the voltage which only ignites the red colour
It only works if you use one of those self flashing LEDs, but then you don't even need the transistor!

I miss youtube downvote bar. it used to save us a lot of time.
This idiot didn't get your point so he gave you a heart 😂😂😂.
My Spider Sense tells me there is something off with this circuit. The recovery Time of a transistor is not half a second so my guess the other comments are right when they say this can not be an ordinary led.
Hi I just did this with the BC547 and a 3mm led an No blink.
i think you have to do it with a 555 timer this is desceptive and the led is probably something special that most dont have
CRAP! It does not work if we do the circuit the way it is explained here
Either it's a blinking LED or the supplied voltage is pulsating voltage source. Just hooking these things up won't result into this.
9v supply දෙන්න පුළුවන්ද?
This is silly. It has to be a blinking LED, which he doesn't tell you. So why do you need anything else, all you need is the current limit resistor.
Lol 😂 and am thinking how this led blinking with 547😢
It doesn't work!!
Misleading information better to block him
it works if you flick the light switch on and off
hire a clown, expect a clown show
What are those extra wires on the breadboard you didn't show how to connect them 🤔
Same question
It's very clear why you don't want to share the schematic)
yes because he using a blinker led built into it
It's not a normal LED, it is a blinking LED, but then we don't need transistor.
How the collector emmiter path get shorted once in a while?? The base of the transistor gets current in a linear manner. He must be using a switch to control the current flow to the whole circuit, not only the base of the transisitor.
I made it but it dosn't blink
The LED installed is a flashing LED type, it can be single color, 2 colors or flashing RGB 🙏
Even i too , this is not blinking,, without using capacitor
Are all you people afraid to speak? Music does nothing for me to explain projects to kids!
he does not coz he can not
devreyi yaptım ama çalışmiyor led sabit yanıyor neden olabilir
The input to the base is a pulse, setting the blinking off and on, making it a switch. 1-0
Which size of breadboard do you use??
Medium Size Commonly Available in Market
If i use linear resistor it will work or not?
I get the same effect by flicking the light switch on and off.
Can you make a batterie tester for 1,5 volt.
what's the voltage of the PS.???????????????????? Tried it 6-14 V dc and doesnt work???????????????????
The video is fake, he uses a self-flashing led
No information about transistor ???
This circuit will not blink forever.
Not working with standard LED light
I/p is power is square wave
Awesome project😊
Thanks
What if I want the blinking to be slower?
Other resistance
Different type of blinking diode (and this guy didn't mention, he used that - not the regular one).
Subbed 😊

Great♥
Thank you

Why do that !! this circuit is not working ?? it's not logical
@@yastop2111yeah I just made it as my first circuit. It’s not working
are bhai ye project nahi kam kar raha
aisa isalie hai kyonki vah jhooth bol raha hai vah bakariyon se bhee balaatkaar karata hai
sad self flashing led teaches you nothing realy good try mate
Aren't you ashamed to deceive people?
Shema plz
doesnt work 😒😒🤦♂🤦♂
Good job
Thank you
good initiative 😊😊
Thank you
Great
Thank you
Downvote.
Waste time
fake
So the transistor is turning on due to the resistor and how is it turning back off? 🥲 Like does the base consume more power when the output is on
I'd say that first the current will go to the base of a transistor, then after it starts conducting it will turn on the LED and because he put a high resistance on the base the current will go through the LED and because of that there won't be any current through the base(or very little but not enough for it to start conducting) so it will turn off.
@@BurnedTransistorlike would there be no equilibrium between turning on and off at some point? I mean this transistor cannot output a square wave it's either increased to a point or completly turned off.
@@Yeaitts I'm not sure. That was just what I was thinking.
Nvm. Just tried the circuit and it doesn't work
@@BurnedTransistor knew it😆..
You seem pretty passionate about these things as i am what's your age btw?
