Hand-Stitching A Victorian Princess Skirt

In which I combine three yards of fabric from my stash, one Truly Victorian pattern, a whole spool of thread, and a month & a half of hand-stitching (interrupted by a two-month break . . .) into the most dramatic skirt I’ve ever made 😎
