- Now that The Police, especially Sting actually, persist in their refusal (or rather fear, I guess) of making that highly sought after new material, we - the loyal fans - have to get that job done. So take a moment for this refreshed version of ‘Bring On The Night’.
It took me a lot of effort to achieve a satisfactory result. I really wanted to include a special recording I have of Andy, in which he demonstrates the chords of the song. And oh yes, in case anyone doubts it: every sound used was produced by Sting, Andy or Stewart. Don't be fooled by the live video images; this is a studio version remix, so what you hear is never what you see! The video is only made to support the audio remix. All footage used is around on the internet. Really hope you enjoy it. If you do, please leave a short message! If you don’t, don’t hesitate to comment also. Love to read any comments.
And in the end - of course - this all is for a much greater cause. If our protagonist(s) will ever read this: c’mon Sting, time is running out, get your friends together, go crazy and MAKE THAT DAMN SIXTH POLICE ALBUM!

Bring on the Night and Bed’s too Big Without You are probably my favourite Police songs.Regatta de Blanc was their best album in my opinion.

Their “disappearance” was planned. If I remember correctly they purposely stopped at their peak so they wouldn’t “fade away” excellent business decision for them… not so good for us fans. 😁
Well for me, sting got full of himself. Fell out with Copeland all the time. If you listen to copelands music before the police, it’s the police without sting. All three gave a third to this great band but sting wanted more.
Sting controls every musician he allows to play.
Still the best band ever. Best police track for me? Does everyone state’ written by Copeland😂

ThePolice could singlehandedly save the music industry if they'd (miraculously) somehow come back together just one last time in our lifetime. I know what Sting said at the end of the 2007 tour but...damn these guys were a 1-of-1. And as a fan, I truly enjoy and appreciate these remixes. Bravo!!!

Bring On The Night never sounded so good on a remix. Here, you can easily appraise Andy's guitar arpeggios and Stewart`s strong drumming. As a huge Police fan since 1981, I absolutely love! And, for the record, that 6th studio album will never come to fruition. Sting said so when he announced that there will no more Police, after that successful 2007 Reunion Tour: ¨There will be no more tours. There will no new studio album¨
