I am really impressed with Minister Groenewald's thinking process. Crime is a huge deal in RSA and needs to be dealt with from the roots. Minister Gayton Mckenzie might not be the best of speakers, but he is a man of action more so than words. Yes, he can speak a lot, I think he needs to go for training on how to address the house and list what he actually needs to and wants to speak about instead of just winging it.
However, in the very short period he has been appointed as a minister, he has done more and better than most ministers appointed to sports and culture including other ministries as well. give him some more time, don't focus so much on his presentations and speech skills, focus more on what he is doing and accomplishing within his ministry.
